ASHFIT offers online personal training programs for people all over the globe. Programs include High-Intensity Training, Weight-lifting, and Nutrition Programs. ASHFIT is located on the Gold Coast and is also available for in-person, group, and personal training sessions.

Nutrition Coaching

The Nutrition Coaching Program includes learning about your diet and eating habits and understanding how to make better food choices.

Fitness Classes

Kick up your cardio and join Ash for a 35-minute high-intensity workout with people all over the globe. Worksouts are a mix of cardio and weight-training.

Personal Training

If you are local to the Gold Coast of Australia, Ash also leads personal training sessions that can be scheduled in home, at his home gym, or at a local park.
