Online Personal Trainer and Nutrition coach
Ash has been a personal trainer and nutrition coach for 20+ years. He loves meeting new people and helping them find a workout routine that works for them. Exercise can help you lose weight and build muscle, but more importantly it can improve your mood and make you feel happy and more confident.
Ash first became a personal trainer in the United States after earning his ACE and Cert IV Certifications. He owned and operated a gym in California for 4 years and added a certification in Nutrition and the American College of Sports Medicine. After returning to his home country of Australia 3 years ago he became fully certified as a fitness coach under the Australia Institute of Personal Trainers.
How it started
April 2011
Ash started ASHFIT in 2011, but took his training online in 2020 when gyms closed due to Covid. “I understand the importance of exercise when you are anxious and stressed out. I have 2 boys and adding the stress of homeschooling, finances, and the unknown of what lay ahead I knew that the ASHFIT fitness classes would help me and several others in similar situations. This class allowed us to train as a group in a live settings so we could check-in on each other, develop new friendships and more importantly – it gave us something to look forward to in these difficult times. ” Ash is a personal trainer on the Gold Coast of Australia, but focuses much of his time as an online personal trainer reaching people all over the globe.
